Team Member / Assistant / Intern to Senior Private Equity/Real Estate Advisor

We work in conjunction with global luxury real estate marketing firm, Nest Seekers International. As an intern / assistant you will play a vital role in identifying inbound investors and elevating the profile of the esteemed Chairperson of IAA, Susan Hagerty Le May, who also serves as Senior Advisor at NSI.

This opportunity is an immersive experience where you'll spend your time researching, analyzing data, and strategically positioning the Chairperson of IAA, LLC in the press and on social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.Your tasks will include identifying premier real estate developers in targeted markets and fostering connections through social media and other platforms. You'll also be identifying senior executives from financial institutions and law firms involved in real estate transactions in targeted markets, with a focus on the elite 1% globally. Your mission? To scale our existing business by conducting real estate studies on a global scale, including in the vibrant markets of New York City, Latin America, Europe, the Gulf States, and China. You'll have the opportunity to identify top-tier developers and property owners worldwide, showcasing to them the unparalleled opportunities available through our elite platform. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Media Management: Oversee and manage all media platforms, ensuring consistent and strategic communication.

- System Streamlining: Develop and implement processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Research: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.

- Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze data to support brand strategies.

- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote my services and enhance my market presence.

- Technology Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with technology platforms, ensuring seamless operations.

- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems to enhance client relationships and business development efforts.

- Creative Solutions: Proactively identify and implement creative solutions to improve processes and address challenges.


Qualifications:

- Proficiency in managing media platforms and CRMs.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Excellent strategic marketing capabilities.

- Technologically savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize various platforms.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
